On the third day of driving, the low tire pressure warning light came on. One tire was marked “low,” and the others were also at 28–29 psi. Since it was near Hallasan, it was difficult to find a repair shop, so I drove down 10 km to get it checked, but they just added air and that was it. It wasn't a puncture; this was a car whose tire pressure hadn't been managed properly from the start. When I called the company, they only asked whether I wanted to pay for roadside assistance, and they insisted that low pressure meant there was a hole. It's also my responsibility that I didn't check before setting out, but I never expected it to be this bad.
There was no windshield washer fluid at all, either. On a mountain road, dust made it impossible to see ahead, so I tried to spray the windshield, but nothing came out, which was dangerous. I ended up filling it myself at my own expense.
I had heard from reviews that the interior cleaning was inadequate, so I wasn't concerned about that, but shouldn't basic maintenance directly related to safety be handled regardless of the price? It was the one blemish on an otherwise enjoyable trip to Jeju.
